Can you have citizenship in more than two countries?

I.e, through dual citizenship in countries that allow it.

In specific case yes - as you indicate in your question.

It depends largely on the original country of citizenship and their relationship with the second country of choice.

I reckon its one of the great privileges of citizenship - to be able to have two - when there are so many good people with none, languishing as refugees in pretty awful conditions, and diplomatically at a dead end, all around the world

Yes you can, but it also depends on which two countries you have the dual citizenship in. Look up the citizenship laws of both countries.

Yes;we had a neighbor with dual citizenship in Britain - US .She married American military .Megan Fellows who was on Disney channel as Anne of Green Gables;is Canadian-US dual citizenship.It's somewhat rare as we have to have most favored nation status with them.You don't want a spy having it.

some countrys allow it but in the US it is illegal to be dual citzenship
