Chinese Visa?

I'm here in the Philippines right now and i have a plan to travel China in the next couple of weeks. Do you have any idea if we can still get multiple entry Visa from any Chinese consular in the Philippines?

i dont think and havent read that china gives a multiple entry visa if u r visiting it first time u might have to visit chine twice or may be more times to obtain a chinese multiple entry visa
