I assume that you are talking about a visa interview, but without knowing specifically what type of visa, it's difficult to try to answer your question. If it's a tourist visa, then questions may be about why you are going and where you will be staying, but they can ask any question they wish, depending on how much of a non-return risk you seem to be.
