I'm planning of Migrating Permanently to the UK and bringing my son. We're both US citizens.
Can my 13 year old son go to a public school in the UK?
What are the conditions when we both live there permanently?

Yes your son can go to school in the UK. But first you need to cross the hurdle of getting him there. Unless you have court ordered permanent sole custody, and you can prove the absent parent either gives consent to the move, or has not been in the child's life at all and does not contribute to the child's up keep, then you won't be approved for him to enter the UK. |
