What is the difference between British crown dependencies overseas territories? All I know is that they have different constitutional relationships with the UK. Can anyone give me some detail on this??? Thanx

Crown Dependencies are possessions of the Crown in Right of the United Kingdom. They're not part of the UK, but the UK can pass legislation on behalf of the Dependencies (Isle of Man, Guernsey and Jersey) through the Privy Council. The British government can also override some laws if they are against their interests, but this rarely happens.

Overseas Territories are territories under the sovereignty of the UK, not the Crown itself.

In short, the difference is their relation to the Crown and their constitutional relationship to the UK.
