Czech and Estonian without a visa cannot enter a country that requires one. However, there are many countries not requiring visas for many travellers without visas when visiting for just a few days.

You could probably visit Slovakia without a visa, but not the United States.

The Checks and the Estonians as well as the others , who are members of the EU, can travel or stay in any country of the EU without a visa, but they do need a visa to go to the States or Canada.
