iam working in securityfield with big company icompleted my six years in this company if ileave the job iwill get the ban as per ifinish my visa or my contract with my company idont want to renaw my visa ican come again after one month with another company employee visa.

if you have completed the contract with this company, you may leave,if you contract is not finished? you may not get another visa soon if you leave before the end, are you in Dubai by any chance? either you finish your contract until the end......or you leave and will not get another contract soon nor a visa.
