Yes, the greek part of Cyprus is now part of the EU. And the trukish occupied part is NOT a part.

Actually only Republic of Cyprus is internationally recognized and now is also a member-state of the EU.

Turkish (occupied) part of the isle is recognized ultimately only by Turkish Republic.Foreign Diplomats in Ankara and Istanbul permanently refusing any official invitations from the Embassy and Consulate of the Turkish part of the isle, so called TRNC.
