I want to buy 1.25 acres of land which has been in use as a paddock for many years. I want to retain an area for a paddock, part for allotment and site a mobile home / caravan to use 3 to 4 days / nights a week. The caravan will be used mainly for security purposes and require overnight accom provision for that purpose. Do I need planning Permission for this ? Im not sure if a caravan has been sited before so not sure re established use rights
