Hi, have a little problem in that an application for a citizen card sent in feb has had the payment taken by the company, but not been sent the form. Sent countless emails, and simply no reply. Same with phones. Does anyone else have the same problem, or know of citizen card moving or changing? Cheers

What's you country? Cuz, at least here in US, there's no citizen card, is just your drivers license or state ID the official IDs.
