i was a former participant of work and travel program in the US but unfortunately i was withdrawn in the program because of my lack of discipline but because of that experience. i learn valuable things in life. which is the most very important. and i am applying again in the program. do i have a chance to get another visa despite of my past records?

Yes, you do have a chance to participate in the program again, but it does depend on several factors. First, when your status was removed by your US sponsor, did you leave the US at that point, or did you just stay until the end of your visa? Secondly, at your interview you'll need to convince the consulate that you are worthy of a second chance, and lastly, your sponsor's application for W & T will ask you if you have been on the program before and if so, did you keep your status. You have to answer this honestly and then it will be the sponsor's decision whether or not to even allow you into the program. |
