I am afraid you don't.

The german citizenship is based primarily on the principle of Jus sanguinis: In other words you acquire the german citizenship by birth normally only if one of your parents is a German citizen, irrespective of place of birth.

Children born in Germany to non-German parents may acquire German citizenship only if they fulfill ALL following requirements:

- When the child was born on or after 1st January 2000

- One parent has to have lived legally in Germany for at least eight years prior to the child’s birth and been either an EU citizen entitled to freedom of movement, an equally entitled citizen of an EEC member state, a Swiss citizen entitled to freedom of movement, or the holder of an EU residence permit or a settlement permit in accordance with the Residence Act.

- They must choose between his/her German and foreign citizenship upon reaching the age of majority (18 years old) and before his/her 23rd birthday (The so called "obligation to choose citizenship").

The German consulate will decide that for you

Germany does no apply jus soli, meaning citizenship by birth only, with no German parents.
