im from philippines working in jeddah, saudi arabia. I just want to visit hawaii for 1 month. do i need a visa to go there from here in the saudi arabia.

Bheng, it does not matter where your point of origin is but rather the passport you carry. A holder of a Philippine passport needs to have a B1/B2 visa to enter the US.

If you are an American than NO. But any other nationality you would need a visa to enter any of the American States.
