Do i qualify for transit without visa (TWOV)?

I am a student in France and have a valid Indian passport. I have booked my flight from Paris to Delhi and have a stop in London (heathrow) for about 14 hrs. I do not intend to go out of airport. Do i still need to go for a direct airside transit visa (DATV) ? If not then what is the procedure i should follow?

It depends on the type of visa you hold for France whether you will need a Direct Airside Transit Visa (DATV) for the United Kingdom (UK).
If you should have been to France for a longer study (to exceed three months), have gotten there on a type D visa valid for "France" and hold a valid "Carte de séjour temporaire" you will not need a DATV for the UK.

If you should have been in France for a short term study covered by a type C visa valid for "Etats Schengen" you will need a DATV for the UK.

If you transfer between the different terminals at Heathrow you should follow the transit signs which will lead you to a dedicated bus transfer to your departure terminal. Flights from France are in general arriving at terminal 2 and 5 wheras flights to India may depart from terminal 3, 4, and 5 depending a your booked flight. Check your tickets and follow the information of the second source for transiting.

I've a valid two year multiple Schengen visa issued from German Embassy Pakistan.I've travelled once to Germany last year.I just want to know that I am planning to go to Germany this month and my ticket is via Paris to Berlin,transit in paris is for three hours and back to Pakistan.Can I travel on this rout.please response ASAP.Thanks
