Do ukrainian passport holders need a transit visa for dubai if they arent going to leave the airport?

Im going to travel to kenya via dubai. I will depart and land to the 1st terminal. the time of expactation will be 5 hours. do i need a transit visa?thanks a lot for your help!

You will not need a visa provided that you
â€¢ continue your journey to Kenya by the same or the first connecting aifcraft within 24 hours
â€¢ hold tickets which confirmed seat reservation for your travel to Kenya
â€¢ hold all documents required for Kenya
â€¢ do not leave the transit area of the airport
