Why? Chavez will be his own undoing.....he will either be whacked by one of his own people or try to invade the wrong country or screw with his neighbors. At least with him you know what he stands for. let him be. besides he sells cheap oil

it worked, and 4ucked up completely in china in 54
it didnt work, and 4ucked up in nicaragua, el salvador, columbia, ethopia, egypt and sudan

despite all of those were results of the cold war - nothing positive will ever come of a cia coup.

Chavez is the democratically elected leader of Venezuela. Why on earth would the US, world cheerleader for democracy, want to destabalize Venezuela? Oh yes, they have oil and attitude.

How about ousting the undemocratically elected leader of the US? Any proud American would want to clean up his or her own house before they started cleaning up the neighbourhood.
