Does B1/B2 visa mean interchangeable business and/or tourist?

I applied for a US tourist visa several years ago and got a multiple entry B1/B2. Is there a differentiation if it was approved for BUSINESS or TOURIST? Initially I planned to just go on vacation. (my first couple trips were). Now my last several trips have been business. i do several short (2 or 2.5 mos long) trips to USA throughout the year. Next time I go back to the USA, i dont want them to say im abusing a tourist visa, but i'm really on a business trip

B1 is business, B2 is tourism. So if you have a B1/B2 visa, you're in the clear. When you enter the US they ask you "business or pleasure". Answer whichever is the case, and they will mark your entry stamp accordingly.
