I actually believe that sometime in the past the United States Congress passed a proclamation giving Santa Clause (Chris Cringle ) Diplomatic immunity.

I do know that the Air Force tracks him every year and they report it on the radio and TV, when he enters U.S. air space.

No, but he is Visa Exempt, sort of like Canadians, only everywhere, not just in the US.

Oh, he sure does. No matter what sort of passport he puts in front of me, he'll get my primary stamp. I hope the airlines don't leave his reindeer down in "bulky baggage" too long.

No, because we do not have diplomatic relations with the North Pole. Further more, in order to enter the United States, he will require a visa and a passport, neither of which he has obtained.

Just another illegal alien.
