Does USPS Work on Cesar Chavez day?

Im waiting for a package the was processed yesterday at 2:42 am

That's a state holiday, not a federal one. The USPS only takes off on federal holidays.

I never heard about that day, I guess is a state or county holiday, so they work. USPS is a federal agency, their holidays are the ones established by the federal government.

They do in the states where Cesar Chavez day is not a legal holiday.
