There are currently 27 countries participating in the US Visa Waiver Program. Argentina is not one of them - a visa is required.

yes...anyone from another country needs a visa to come here. if they need to get one. go to Briggs.com you can get them there

yes and starting on the first of next year everyone including americans will have to have a passport to inter the USA
