Does any embassy confirm to NSO or DFA the submitted certificate of singleness b4 giving u visa?help pls?

I am appyling for visa going to Turkey,my fiance came over to help me get one.The embassy says must submit certificate of singleness from DFA or NSO,but it takes 3 weeks to get it.When I get the document and submit it to embassy,does the embassy still going to confirm it to DFA or NSO before issuing me visa?Means,another 3 weeks?pls help me

Obviously the writer is referring to the Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) and the National Statistics Office (NSO). The certificate being requested by the Turkish embassy is the Certificate of No Marriage or CNOMAR which the NSO issues. The certificate is to ensure that there has been no previous marriage contracted by the writer when she goes to Turkey to marry her fiance. It will only take a day or two to get the certificate. The Turkish embassy will not anymore verify the validity of the certificate as they will honor the validity of the authenticated certificate issued by the NSO.

hello po ako po si mericar nandito po ako sa jordan kailangan ko po ng singleness and birth certificated na naka authenticated po kailangan ko po kasi for marriage here in jordan,how much po kaya yon untill gaano po katagal ang process.thanks!
