An alien who has made a false claim to U.S. citizenship is permanently barred from entering the U.S. as an immigrant. There is no waiver for section 212(a)(6)(C)(ii) in the case of immigrants.
It appears that she was denied an immigrant visa or permanent resident status, not citizenship, because of her false claim to U.S. citizenship 6 years ago.
Making a false claim to U.S. citizenship is a felony. The definition of criminal is: One who has committed or been legally convicted of a crime. It appears that your wife actually is a criminal in that she committed a crime even though she may not have a conviction.
I'm sure that she was ordered removed six years ago. I've seen worst cases too, but she is not eligible for any relief under the Immigration & Nationality Act. |

There are many varieties of immigration violations under US law. Most can be waived by USCIS under US law as well, if they choose to. But your wife committed one of the few for which there is no forgiveness, 6C2, attempting to enter the US pretending to be a US citizen. Plus, it never goes away. It never expires. No one will be able to help you, not here, not at USCIS, not your congressman. About the only thing that would make a difference is getting a private bill passed by Congress specifically forgiving your wife, or a general bill changing the law. Not much chance of that either. So, either you're going to have to live with her in her own country, or somewhere other than the US. Or, you won't be able to live together. Sounds very cold, I'm sure, but on this point, US immigration law doesn't get any colder. Fred knows what he's talking about. You can consult a lawyer, but he won't be able to help either. |

Have you considered:
a) divorce?
b) moving to her country of origin? |

If you file a false report you have committed a crime. why is it all the mexicans in the country think they are not breaking the law when they lie on a legal document. and by the way I do work for the Big Cheese. |

If you were born in the US and brought her to the US and married her, then she would be legalized.
I don't mean to be rude but I have seen others try to marry their wife to someone who is a US citizen therefore it will legally make her a US citizen, and then getting re-married. |

Prove that you can support your wife and cite her good records so that she will be granted citizenship. |
