Does being in the commonwealth help me with a work visa?

Hi, so im trying to move to canada and i've heard that because we're part of the commonwealth that helps alot with work visa's and such.. is it true that i can go and work over there without applying for a work visa aslong as i come back around the every 3 month mark?
any information would be appreciated..

Being in the commonwealth doesn't count for much in immigrating to Canada. Where you are moving from, and where your citizenship is might make a difference. You can't legally work without a work visa. You need a Social Insurance number for tax purposes, your employer will demand this, unless he's paying you under the table and in cash. Best advice: Don't do it.
