Does the Queen have a passport?

"When travelling overseas, The Queen does not require a British
passport. The cover of a British passport features the Royal Arms, and
the first page contains another representation of the Arms, together
with the following wording:

'Her Britannic Majesty's Secretary of State requests and requires in
the name of Her Majesty all those whom it may concern to allow the
bearer to pass freely without let or hindrance and to afford the
bearer such assistance and protection as may be necessary.'

As a British passport is issued in the name of Her Majesty, it is
unnecessary for The Queen to possess one. All other members of the
Royal Family, including The Duke of Edinburgh and The Prince of Wales,
have passports..."

In real life, and in international law, I would say that it is all arranged in advance by diplomatic notes submitted by the relevant embassy or high commission. In fact, passport waivers are issued all the time in emergencies. And historically a "passport" could (and can still) consist of a single sheet of paper with fancy (or not so fancy) writing, signature and seal. In my consular work many years ago I saw such often enough.

She might as well not have, it'll just make trouble for the Airport Staff. The picture would be confusing for one... as all old people look the same. Plus, who's stupid enough to consider the Queen as an immagrant, a terrorist, a criminal or anything else passports were created to contain. However she should do and probably has just because it would reflect upon the image of her own government if she didn't obey the law of her own country, and she is no better person than anyone else.

Yes, even if she is the Queen she still needs a passport.

That is a big fat no. She falls under the Governor-General law, which states that when she is in another country, she is considered a citizen of that country. And this is only granted by the government in which country she is visiting.

If she doesn't she should. She isn't anybody special. She is just somebody living off the tax paying people of GB, just like all of the so called royal family. What a waste, I don't see why the people recognize a Queen, it is so 18th century.
