i have heard rumors if non us citizen parents have kid us citizen outside us, than you can apply for some kind of child support from us government, well specifically it was said $500 a month. Does anyone know something about that???

As Ibu Guru said, there is no such US government support for US citizen children either in or outside of the US. |

Non-citizens, and especially non-resident non-citizens, are strictly forbidden from obtaining any type of welfare or government-funded benefit. You cannot get any money from the US government or any state government. If you try to get around that and apply for any sort of welfare or other assistance program, you are committing fraud. You can be extradited, tried, and go to prison for quite a number of years.
Your child has a right to citizenship in its parents' country of citizenship, so if you want any kind of aid, you will have to apply in your own country for whatever might be available there. |
