i am filling the application form for dv lottery 2009, and need to know if i can add my fiance in my own form while we are engaged but not married yet, but according to our serious plans(will happen!) we will be married in next 6 month or so..
i and her can have double chance this way in the lottery so its so essential to use any space possible for that to help us win.
but im afraid if any of us wins the lottery, and he/she goes for the next steps...(while we are married then) ,the counsel would reject us according to the date on the marriage certificate! which would ,they say, be after the date i filled the form ! and that i/she shouldnt have mentioned the other as a spous in that form while we werent married at that time..not mentioning we married 6 months later-even before the winning occured!-...so .,please..help me...and lots of others...
