EU waivers,what happens to europeans who over stayed waiver visas?

are they allowed entry into the US after departure on their own or is there a way to legalize their stay in the US.

checked at the embassy in the U.S,they can't help,don't think one can get a B-2 visa here,its for tourist who did not make use of the waiver program.i think the whole thing is a mess to turn good hearted europeans to criminals.i didn't have the money to purchase a ticket before my deadline date,now am stuck and can't leave because i need to come back.its not like the dollar has a better value than the pounds,do i have to marry them now?we don't do that to them,why then do they do it to us?

if you go to mexico and come back you are able to get in again on another 3 month visa waiver-remove your green form as thats all they do when ou exit customs at the airport and just say you've been travelling on mexcio for a while- nobody checks on the way out.

What kind of visa do you have? A student visa?

The quickest way is to marry an American. Don't go to Mexico and do what she said. You won't get back in. You need to visit your embassy in the United States and straighten it out. There's a ton of you over here who overstay. It's not like you'll get put in jail or anything. Just go fix your problem. Jeez.

I am assuming that you are talking about the VWP - Visa Waiver Program. If you overstay your visa on this program...you are in a little trouble. The VWP allows you to stay in the US for 90 days without a visa but if you have overstayed this visa...from now on you will have to go directly to the embassy or consulate and apply for a B-2 visitors visa. Not only will this take a little time such as interviews and explaining why you overstayed but now you will also have to pay for the visa.
