Hy. My question is that I am citizen of estonia and my boyfriend is from pakistan. He wants to came see me in Estonia but there is no estonian embassy in pakistan. Where he should go to apply for visa?

There is, according to the website of the Estonian Foreign Ministry no Estonian embassy in Pakistan.
The website the previous contributor has provided is from a commercial visa agency and leeds to a honorary consul who is not authorized to issue visa for Estonia.
Estonia is represented in issuing visas to Estonia by Hungary.
For more detailed information concerning documents to be submitted for visa application please contact the Embassy of Hungary.
