Fast process for Marines and their fiancee?? please help!?

Hello everybody :)
I´m Spanish, and I´m going to marry with my Marine bf , now we are writing the documents for the inmigration office, in a few days he will go to give it in the office, but we have a question, can we obtain the fiancee documents faster than civilians?? we Know Marines have some helps/aid from the government...
He will go in a few months to Afghanistan, we want to be marry before.

If he's filing the petition with the USCIS office at the embassy in Madrid, I'm sure they'll do whatever they can to expedite it. However, if he's filing it through USCIS in the US, it will be processed like every other petition and take quite a while. If he is doing it in Madrid, he needs to make sure they know what his time frame is to make so they understand that it does need to be expedited, not only with immigration but also with the immigrant visa section as well, as you'll still need an interview to get the visa. |
