Heads of any states are addressed as either Presidents, Prime Ministers or Kings.

Coming to First Minister ..well the Question should be who was the first Prime Minister of India. As India follows a parliamentary type of government, the Prime minister of India is the real power authority of India and the President just a figurehead or head of state.

Anyways the first Prime Minister of India was Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru

and first President of India was Dr Rajendra Prasad.
