Utility bills for last few months
if you live in a independant bungalow - te assessment and tax paid receipt in your name - or the owners letter stating you live there with the same.
Or Bank passbook with the same address - which is more then a year old

Should be enough. Also get an letter from your employer, if you are emplyoed. At least you should try. If the authorities have any objection, they will let you know.

You need proof that you are a US citizen, like a birth certificate or certificate of naturalization! Also you need at least two passport photos signed on the back swearing that this is the true likeness of you !
