Is it true to pay cash when applying for us citizen?
hello bros and sis..can u help for this pls.i would like to ask if is it true to pay cash for the us citizen iincluding the application papers and how long it would be waiting after paying the fee to become a us citizen.because my husband is a filipino citizen and his living in states for more than 10yrs and now he decided to apply for the citizenship to get us here in the philippines..honestly, i dont really trust my husband this time because he fooled me once that he was applied the citizenship before but i found its not teru..my kids are with me and i want to bring my kids in states, his the one who can bring us in states..please can u give me some idea..thanks and God bless

The naturalization filing fee of $675.00 can be paid in money order, personal check or cashiers check only. The whole process can take anywhere between 10 months to a year. After that, there is the processing time to petition immediate relatives. As a citizen, your husband can petition you and it will take about 10 months for you and all children below 18 years old to get your immigrant visas (if your husband qualifies financially).
Since trust is an issue for you, I hope you both will be able to reconcile with each other before your move to a new country. This is still far down the road so I suggest that you use the time to search deep within you what would be best course of action for you and your children. I hope everything turns out best for all.
