From where i get ds-156 and ds-157 form, To apply it.?

What the procedure to get ds-156 and ds-157 form. I need to fill that form after or before the visa fee receipt. Where i get further details about that form.

As previously mentioned, you need to go to the US Embassy or Consulate site for your country. But now the form (DS-156) is electronic in almost all cases and must be filled in on-line in English only. This will then be automatically submitted to the Consulate and you will get an interview date. You will bring in all of the other documents when you go for your interview and pay the visa fee before the interview. For a tourist visa the cost is $131 and if you don't get the visa, you lose your money. You can also download the DS-157 form from the same website.

go to the US Embassy's website for the country your in. Look under non-immigrant visas..
