What you are suggesting is illegal. I also find your question to be cold, insensitive and heartless as well. This dead person was someone's child, how would you feel if someone was using your dead kid's ID?

In order to acquire a birth certificate you will be required to show a certain amount of documentation (yes, I'm sure you have ID in their name and such *sarcastically*). Because the child died within 1 month this child would would probably been registered as stillborn or similar and as a result this would show up on the birth certificate and therefore rendering it useless for fraudulent purposes.

Firstly that is breaking the law. You cannot get a passport for yourself using somebody else's name regardless if they are dead or alive.

you cannot get a birth certificate of a deceased person ,and since that person is deceased ,their death is also registered .

Not only would that be a crime, but it wouldnt do you any good because the death notation would be included on the birth certificate.
