What is the easiest way to get my GF into the UK, i lived in Philippines with her for over 2 yrs and now she wishes live in the uk with me and also get married, is it better to get married over there or in uk, i just enquiring the easiest and quickest way.

Depends on how long you've been here and what your status is. If you are on a working visa(which means your a taxpayer not a freeloader), marry her in the Philippines(cheaper and better), then apply for a dependents visa there. If you are a resident or a naturalized UK citizen it would be a whole lot easier as your spouse will acquire the same status in a short period of time. Lastly, do not get married here, it's too expensive and would not really affect her chances of coming here. |

Would be easier if you went back and lived with her there. There are way too many people coming here and the benefits system is being drained and the uk can't even look after it's own people any more. |

there is no easy way,i am married and its been nearly a year and im still waiting for an appeal court date.unless your loaded then it is very difficult if the person is not from the e.u .and ignore the ignorant people on here that think immigration is easy cos it aint if you are not from a e.u country .i wish you all the best..
