My daughter was invited to play soccer in Holland with People to People. Is this a scam or a great opportunity? How expensive is it? How well supervised? How safe? Do parents go along? Any experience is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It's not a scam.
it is a bit pricey, near the $2000 range i believe. I too, was "chosen" to play in some european countries and represent America at the same time. It's very supervised from what I could tell.
If you go to one of their local meetings, they actually have charts of past ambassadors and what schools they went to. So, if you look at the chart for a name you know and ask that child, then I bet you'll get a better answer.
Parents don't go along I'm pretty sure though. |

People to People is a bona fide, experienced and well supervised program. Teachers are generally the chaperones. |
