They've been yapping about it in DC since early 2003. It's just a lot of hot air. The Nationals have a better chance of winning a World Series this year than a draft passing and being signed into law.

At this time there are no plans to reinstate but they are activating & testing the machine they use to pick the draftees, just to make sure it is working if /when they may need to use it.
