Have unstamped H1B?

I have got H1b petition applied through a consultant. I was asked by US consulate to bring the documents for employer I am going to join in US.
My consultant could not provide me those. Can I get the stamping done by any other means?

I believe stamping can only be done after all the documents required are submitted/completed. H1-b visas require the employers to provided documentation too. I suggest you speak with your consultant regarding this matter.
