It says: In case of transit, have you an entry permit for the final country of destination?

What does that mean????

it means going though, if the country you are applying visa for is your final destination then dont worry about it. if your are just stopping by before going to another country you need to make sure you have a visa to the country you are going to

needhelp!

i think it means that if you travel to your final destination or are permitted to go, they are wondering if you have a document allowing you into your destination country
