i asked loyer to this matter.its take 8-12 month to bring her here..its to longtime..i dont know what to do..suggest me ple

There really isn't much you can do to speed-up the process except for checking on her paperwork if you do a K1 visa. The K1 is designed to bring over spouses of American citizens to the US and so in that process, you will have to wait.
If you are living in the US, you can contact your Congressman or woman to ask if they an do anything to speed-up the process. If there is a situation and you need her to get here faster, you can try asking for their help. If your wife was pregnant or there were other situations that were life-and-death, beyond just the simple fact that you don't want to wait,you can try and ask for faster service. It is rare to get them to speed it up.
When the State Department forwards your paperwork to the Embassy that your wife will have the interview at, you can send an e-mail or call to make sure that they give you an early appointment time. Beyond that, you will have to wait like the rest of us have done. |

Unless any other illegal means , then the normal procedure will unfortunately take 6 to 12 months. All married spouse wished and tried the same thing before you. US Embassy is very strict about these rules. they will simply deny your application wet with your tear drops. There are ways, but these are definitely will jeopardize your citizenship. So Stay cool , pray to God, meet her on webcam regularly. Go visit her everry 3 months. Or take a 1 year vacation to give her uninterrupted company. I am not being sarcastic. I did it myself, cause I could not bear the pain of being seperated from my newly wed wife. |
