Her indain visa is going to expire in June 2009.Right now she is in USA for 3 weeks to visit .I want to extend her visa.I tried to contact indian embassy, but no response .Can someone guide me.

you need to contact the Indian embassy about extending an Indian visa. Considering your daughter is an american citizen, she will have no problem re-entering the US, and the American embassy would only be able to help with a visa to America. |

if you are an US citizen and did not register her overseas? you need to do so..

the visa cant be "extended or renew", you simply apply for a new touris visa. i recomment applying for a 10 years just because it cost the same as a 5 year. google travisa outsourcing, they handle all india visas now. |
