Holding 2 nationalities?

if you holding two nationalties and you arrived to the US with one but leaving with the other one (2nd passport is without any VISA) could there be any problems?

if you enter the US with a valid passport and Visa ( visa expired 8month ago ). In my country I have the right to hold two passports because of this I want to use my europen passport (clean passport without any visas) since I wont need any visa to enter the EU. I am aware that I will be banned from entering the US for 10 yrs. Can you still get deported back to the country who issued your visa?

I would think so......I believe there would be a problem because first and foremost, the first passport would have a record on their system that you entered the country....and there would be a limit on how long you can stay.........BUT...uhmmm.........what happened?? Did you lose your first passport or something and have your second one with you?? If you entered with both and only got one scanned or stamped, then it will cause a problem, because they wouldn't have any record that you came in on the other one. Perhaps you should give the embassy or airport a call and ask a general question without relating the question directly to yourself...

It depends on the nationalities you hold. Unless you hold it illegal, you could resolve any questions showing both the passport to the immigration authorities to prove the entries.

Yes you will have problems because when they check your passport and see that it does not have any record of entry that will put you in trouble. You will be arrested and detained while you are being investigated to make sure you are not a terrorist. And when they deport you, it will be to your country or to the country from which you came from but only after being jailed for violation of US Immigration laws.

yes there will be, for? how would you explain your entry to the US without a visa?
if you enter the US with a passport and a visa applied in that passport,then you should use the passport you entered with.
if you have been staying illegally in the US, you will get caught and deported with a ban from entering the US;

whether you are allowed to hold 2 passports, is not the issue,
when you entered the US with a visa, you will have to show the same passport that you enter the US with.
even if you are from a visa free country, you will have to have filled the I-94 card for exit.......and you do not have one.............having 2 passports? does not mean you can use them at your conveniences and needs. you still have to abide the laws of immigration, of the country you entered.
