How Can Someone Get Out of the country without a passport or flying?

Getting out of the country (assuming the U.S.) is easy. No one cares about those who are leaving. Simply get in your car and drive across the Canadian or Mexican border. Canada and Mexico, usually just ask where you are going and what your purpose in the country is. And, yes you could just hop in a boat and row over to Canada. Who do you think is going to stop you? They do not line the shore with guards.

It is getting back in that is the harder part.
When entering the U.S. from Canada at bridge points documents are required to re-enter the U.S, as well as re-entering from Mexico.

It's easy to get to either Canada or Mexico, they don't care who leaves, getting back in is another question.

You can go into Mexico bye walking into the country with no questions asked every time. If you drive sometimes you get stopped but not always. This is going INTO Mexico....NOT returning!! EVERYONE gets stopped when comming into the U.S.

Well they don't seem to be having a problem getting in do they? Considering how unsecured our borders are,it's not that difficult.

Take a bus across the border, they do it to Mexico all the time!

it depends on where you want to go? on a boat, if there is an ocean between the the US and the country you want to go? no way without papers, unless you were perhaps to work on a ship? and? not sure about that,or tried to hide on a ship? hard to do !
look at all the Cuban people,i have never seen as much inventions from their part to get across the water,one actually had a truck with floaters under it ! my mouth dropped when i saw this!
if you go far? rowing? is not going to do it, i doubt it ?if the Atlantic ocean is your goal? forget that! you would die first! no way alone and even with more people, think of the weather and the length of time! OMG! why not say where you would like to go? how one must answer you without knowing where you really wanted to go? there are people called # passers # but it is not for very long distances and it will cost you so much? you would never be able to pay them back; want to come back and add what destination you are thinking of? :-)

out of us just walk into canada or mexico most efforts to catch people coming in and mexico is tighter. U could also sail from us to Bahamas or cuba in a small vessel from fla. Or with alot of clothing u could walk the bering strait to Russia
in winter or sail it in summer

you can't. you are traped... and if you try to leave..you will get detained...and probably go to jail. gotta love the world!

you can hike between borders where there aren't check points, you can get on a high speed boat, you can bus it like the person above said. some people have also tunneled under ground to get past border control.
