That depends on the laws in your country. In the USA if you are over 21 years old you are basically free to go as you please.

So you don't need his permission here but you may need it to leave your country.

You know how difficult your situation is living in the Arab world. It sounds as though you want to run away from home !!!

I am sure you have a wonderful father who is very open-minded and wishes only the best for you.

Please do not attempt anything without your father's approval. Try and talk to him and get him to agree to your point of view. As a father myself, I understand his concern about sending his daughter into the big bad world albeit if only for a holiday in the US.

Maybe you can ask him to send an escort along with you and then the rest of the procedure is simple since if you are a Saudi National, you can avail of Drop-Box facility. Only make sure you and your potential escort have all the documents in proper order.
