ask you wife to apply your daughter passport ,to passport office with your detail ,because your daughter will only get the passport if you have the passport, this is the rule of passport office ,and tell your wife to apply your daughter passport separately,do not add daughter name in her passport other view you will face problem later

Please do not contact any travel agents or passport brokers.
Ask your wife to contact your local passport office along with her passport and application for your kid's passport. Before that you need to send a proforma to the Indian High-Commissioner in Singapore stating your No-Objection to issue a passport to your daughter and a copy of the passort to your wife. Then it is Indian HC responsibility to communicate your consent of accepting your daughter's passport applcation to your local RPO.

This could take some time but this is a better way than losing time and money with brokers

You wife should apply and explain the officer that you are on the ship but, give the officer, your passport number.

In your case I think the best way to get things done is for your wife to go to a travel agents and seek the help of the expert there, most travel agency have specialist that are well versed in this matter and for a small fee (not a bribe, but reasonable fee) can provide this service.

I think your wife does have a valid passport so your minor daughter can be added to it , look in to it but most important is the fact that she can present her passport and your passport number, along with a an certified statement under oath that you are on the ship, and you have your passport with you.

It is now compulsory to have a separate passport for a minor because a number of foreign Diplomatic Missions are not giving out visas if the minor's name is only included/added on to the parents'/motherâ€™s passport. The procedural requirements (given above) remain the same in the case of a minor as well.

ist off all u call toyour passpot office in india that my wife appley for pospot of my doughter she have her own passport but u need my passport and i am inable to provaid it.coz i am in sigapore if u need the poto copy of my passpot i will email.and second where u r working u request u company that they allot a cirtificat that now a days ur working with them.and ur not able to give an orginale possport to the passport office.coz now a days ur out from ur contry i am shure they will provide it.u contact to the passport office by phone and e mail.
