How can I make my mother into a US citizen?

My mother and my father were born in Mexico. My mother and my father came to the US and to work. They also had 4 children one of who is me. My father passed away when I was 5. I am 20 years old is there any way that I can make my mother a us citizen.

Your mom has been in the US for a good 15 years now. If she was an LPR, then she would have been eligible to apply for citizenship long ago. Without the proper papers, there is nothing that can be done.**

there is nothing you can do.if she did not enter the US legally? she would have to go back to her country, and you could sponsor her at age 21,
but not if she is already here;
as far as the US citizenship? she would do that once a PR in the US after so many years spend in the US;
