I was 5 or 6 years old when i arrived in new york city. I lived their with my dad for 11 years. In 1998 he sent me to the netherland antilles to be with my mom. I did not know i overstayed on my visa. Now i am stuck here with nowhere to go.....how can i get a u.s visa and reneter the u.s?

When a minor (under age 18) overstays or enters illegally it is not held against him/her as long as he/she departs the United States before the 18th birthday.
If you want to come back as a tourist you will simply get a B1/B2 visa from the closest US Embassy or Consulate. There should be no bar against you due to your overstay. You do need to prove that you will not overstay this time. |

Generally, immigration violations that occurred while you were underage will not affect your future immigration/visitation to the United States.
Be prepared to address these issues when you apply for a visa to visit the United States. Try to remember the approx dates that you were in the United States, and what your age was at the time. |
