Depends on whether you are applying for tourist visas or immigrant visas. If you are applying for immigrant visas, everyone is expected to come in for the original interview. If you're applying for tourist visas or some other non-immigrant visa, then anyone under the age of 14 is not required to come in. There are no limits regarding the size of families applying for visas.

Each adult gets their own interview. The children will be covered by the parents interview.
