All your employer needs to do is file the petition. If it's approved, at that point, it's really up to you. do you match the paper that was submitted with the petition or not? are you who and what you say you are? |

There is nothing that you can do to strengthen your H1B application.
Employer will submit your labor for the job you applied. If employer applying your H1B is genuine, you should get H1B without any issues. |
