I want to work for an embassy when I get older but I don't know how to go about it.
Any information would be appreciated.

From what country are you?
Basically, you must pass the civil service examination of your government. You must be civil service eligible to qualify in any government institutions. Second, passing the foreign service examination will surely give you a diplomatic rank. Otherwise, your position in embassy as a diplomatic staff will possibly never get any promotion. |

It really depends on your country.
In some, there is an exam you have to take, and in others, it depends on the ''connections'' you have with the people in the government.
If you know anyone that works in the government with a good position, then they may help you!
